At Platinum Nerds, all products are made to order and customized specifically for each client. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items, except in cases of proven damage during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. All orders include shipping insurance, so we can open a claim with CTT.

To start a replacement request, you must:

  • Send an email to hello.platinumnerds@gmail.com

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the envelope/packaging

  • Contact us within 3 days after the delivery date shown in the CTT tracking

Once we review and validate your request, we will proceed with the process.

Returning Damaged Products

To replace the items, we may require the damaged products to be returned.
The return should be sent to the address we will provide by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm the damage, we will send a new item at no additional cost.

Personalized Items

Since the magnets are created specifically with the games chosen by the customer, it is not possible to cancel, return, or refund an order that has already been started or produced, except in cases of proven damage.
