Shipping to the United States is now handled through CTT, who have recently reopened their shipping service to the US.

Orders over €50 receive completely free premium shipping, including:

2. Tracked Shipping (Orders Under €50)

For orders under €50, shipping is paid by the customer:

  • €3.99

  • Always includes a tracking number

United States

1. Free Tracked Shipping to the US (Customs Clearance Included)

Orders over $125 receive completely free premium shipping, including:

  • Fast delivery

  • Customs clearance included

2. Premium Tracked Shipping to the US (Customs Clearance Included) — Orders Under $125

For orders under $125, shipping is paid by the customer:

  • $25

  • Always includes a tracking number

  • Fast delivery

  • Customs clearance included

Estimated Delivery Time

The usual delivery time is:

  • 3–7 business days for Portugal and other European Union countries.

  • 7–14 business days for other countries.

However, delays may occur due to:

  • High CTT shipping volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Holiday periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Taxes and Duties for International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
